Pamela Curran Smith: Dear Voters, Thank You

I’d like to extend a heartfelt thank you to my family, friends, volunteers, and supporters throughout the campaign. Life is a journey, and it really is all about the people you meet along the way. I am blessed not only with the amazing people I already have in my life, but with the many new friendships created through this experience. To everyone that came forward and stepped up to help me - especially my biggest supporters, Sam Amirante, Brian, Sean & Luke – I am beyond grateful! Although the numbers were not in my favor, I can’t think of a more deserving opponent to win this election than Judge Frank Andreou. I already had tremendous respect for Judge Andreou, but throughout this campaign, he consistently treated me with dignity and respect, which is not only befitting his fair and honorable character as a judge, but also as a person. I wish Judge Frank Andreou a sincere congratulations on his victory and success in his future endeavors. I truly hope that he achieves his dream of becoming a presiding judge. Any judge would be lucky to have him as a mentor.

As for me, now that the campaign has ended, I get to focus my time once again on being a mom to my boys and serving as a zealous advocate for my clients, which feels pretty good. Beyond that, I look forward to the next adventure that awaits. It has been an incredible journey and I thank everyone that joined me along the way!
